Equestrian Legends Redux is a reboot of a popular MLPFIM roleplaying forum. We offer an extremely detailed sandbox world, a low minimum wordcount of 100, and a rapidly moving, far reaching plot. While you are just as welcome to play slice of life threads here, and they are encouraged between plot events, please know that Redux is very story driven, and considerably darker than the show.

Los Pegasus On the west coast of Equestria, Los Pegasus is the third economical giant, along with Manehatan and Canterlot. Home to both a thriving gambling trade as well as the famous movie studios in Applewood, it's not a city to be trifled with. Many ponies go there hoping to make a fortune, either on the stage or on the slot machines, and a few do. Most, however, are washed away by the ever turning wheel of fame and luck. Whitetail Woods If anything could be more different from the Everfree Forest, this is it. The Whitetail Woods are a lush forest between Las Pegasus and Ponyville, and are a prime camping spot for ponies from all across Equestria. It's also the location of the world-famous Running of the Leaves every autumn, and considered a forest paradise by almost everyone.

Smokey Mountain Named, and made famous, for an incident with a napping dragon a few years ago, this towering spire no longer belches acrid smoke. It does, however, give the illusion at sunrise and sunset when the fog wreathing it's peak is at its densest.

Unicorn Range The Unicorn Mountain Range stretched nearly to the Crystal Mountains in the north, curving around northwestern Equestria to culminate in Mt Celestia, the mountaintop home of Canterlot. Though the range is far longer than the Foal Mountains on the opposite side of Mt Celestia, it is much easier to travel, with lower peaks, smoother sides, and abundant friendly forests.
Tall Tale Tall Tale is a stranger city than most in Equestria. While the majority are based both in fact and on land, Tall Tale is neither; not only is it home to the story of one of the greatest mythical heroes on Gaia, it's also entirely built into a huge forest, with no part save a few staircases and ladders touching the soil below. Throughout the city images are found of a great pony as tall as any of the trees they live in, who was said to have fought a great beast from the stars and driven it back to protect Equestria. The legends say that the hero went on to follow it across the skies, and can still be seen from the treetops in the form of a constellation visible directly in the center of the sky.
